Pear Batida and Forgotten Fruit

Ingredients 1   ounce(s) white rum 1   ounce(s) pureed pear 1   ounce(s) lemon  juice 1/2   ounce(s) simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water) 1   ounce(s) champagne 1/2   ounce(s) dark rum Directions Shake everything but champagne and dark rum with ice. In glass, pour champagne, add mixture and dark rum. 2   ounce(s) Absolut Mandarin 1   ounce(s) creme de banana liqueur 1   ounce(s) Midori 1   ounce(s) sour mix Directions Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh fruit like a strawberry and an apple or pear slice. Source

Coffee Flavored Cocktails

I dedicate these recipes to my Twitter friend @urbanbacon who upon mentioned that coffee tastes so good it might out beat the deliciousness of a cocktail and because of this I had to find a way to merge the two! Coffee Martini 2 ounces vodka 1 ounce very strong drip coffee 1/2 ounce Kahlua 3 coffee beans Preparation: Combine the vodka, drip coffee and Kahlua in a cocktail shaker with ice. Low Carb Margaritas!!

Ingredients: 1/2 tsp orange extract 1 packet Splenda (or 2 tsp powdered) 1 tsp water 1 shot tequila 1/8 tsp lime juice 1/4 tsp lemon juice Directions: Mix together the orange extract, Splenda and water. This pretty much is the curocao - orange extract is up to 85% alcohol. Put crushed ice into a shaker and pour this liquid over the ice. Now add in 1 shot tequila, plus the lemon and lime juice. Shake thoroughly and pour into a glass.   [ Source ]

Banana Margaritas Yummy

   Ingredients 6 fluid ounces tequila 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate 4 fluid ounces triple sec liqueur 6 cups ice 2 bananas 1/4 cup coarse granulated sugar Directions Sugar the rims of 4 large margarita glasses. To do so, pour sugar onto a small plate, moisten the rims of the glasses on a damp towel and press them into the sugar. In a blender, combine tequila, limeade, triple sec and ice. Blend until smooth. Add bananas and blend again until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.  [ Source ]

Who doesn't love a good margarita during the summer? Be it blended or on the rocks, these tasty treats can be easily made and decorated with great fruits! Here are a few recipes to try!   El Patron -A generous pour of Patron® Silver Tequila (100% Blue Agave), Cointreau® and Grand Marnier,® with fresh squeezed lime juice. Tea Martinis

  These recipe put a fun twist on teatime by making it a mar- tea -ni time! Get it??  GREEN TEA MARTINI Ice 1 ounce green tea, chilled 2 ounces citron vodka 1 teaspoon Cointreau 1 teaspoon simple syrup Orange twist Fill a shaker with ice. Add green tea, vodka, Cointreau and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist. GIN & TEA A new twist on the Gin & Tonic. 1 ½ oz. Gin 1/2 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. Simple Syrup 3 oz. Orange pekoe tea Tonic water Build all the ingredients over ice in a highball glass and top with tonic. Garnish with a lemon wedge. RED TEA 1 oz. Chambord or your favorite Raspberry Liqueur 1 oz. Vodka 3 oz. tea 1 oz. simple syrup Pour all ingredients into a shakee and shake well. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with raspberries.

Tea Tini Martinis

Quite a long name for a delicious, beautiful martini mix. Serve this to your cocktail party guests and you'll be the talk of the town. Ingredients 8 ounces of Absolut Vanilla vodka 2 Lavender Citrus infusers (yes, we sell these) 4 drops vanilla extract 2 - 1 inch sections of vanilla bean 2 thin pear slices (fresh pear only!) The Mix Pour your (room temperature) vodka into an empty cocktail shaker, add your infusers and let stand for 10 minutes Remove the infusers and add 8 ice cubes to the shaker and shake like mad Strain your amazing elixir into 2 freezing martini glasses Top each glass with 2 drops of vanilla extra, 1 section of vanilla bean and 1 pear slice Enjoy! Ingredients: 1 part Vodka 1 part Sour Apple Liqueur 1 part cranberry juice apple slices Preparation: Add ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a thin apple slice.
