I dedicate these recipes to my Twitter friend @urbanbacon who upon mentioned that coffee tastes so good it might out beat the deliciousness of a cocktail and because of this I had to find a way to merge the two!
Brazilian Coffee Cocktail
Adapted from Food Network Magazine
Ingredients
1/4 cup chilled espresso
2 tablespoons cachaça or rum
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Ground cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
Directions
Combine espresso, cachaça or rum, and sweetened condensed milk in a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into an ice-filled tumbler glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a whole cinnamon stick
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce very strong drip coffee
- 1/2 ounce Kahlua
- 3 coffee beans
Preparation:
Combine the vodka, drip coffee and Kahlua in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with the coffee beans.

This drink was sweet, mild, creamy and dreamy. The recipe is simple.
- 1 shot: Tom's Espresso blend
- 1 shot: Bailey's
- 2 shots: Stoli Coffee vodka

Into a shaker two thirds filled with ice add a small (30ml) shot of amaretto, a small shot of Kahlua and a small shot and a half of single cream. Shake well, then strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Shake thoroughly and strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.
