- 1 ounce(s) white rum
- 1 ounce(s) pureed pear
- 1 ounce(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce(s) simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water)
- 1 ounce(s) champagne
- 1/2 ounce(s) dark rum
Shake everything but champagne and dark rum with ice. In glass, pour champagne, add mixture and dark rum.
- 2 ounce(s) Absolut Mandarin
- 1 ounce(s) creme de banana liqueur
- 1 ounce(s) Midori
- 1 ounce(s) sour mix
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh fruit like a strawberry and an apple or pear slice.
